The Network of Salesian Institutions of Higher Education and Interculturality (RIUSI), formed by the Salesian Polytechnic University (UPS) of Ecuador, The Catholic University Don Bosco (UCDB) of Campo Grande, in Brazil, and the Catholic University Silva Henríquez (UCSH) in Santiago de Chile, invite fellow teachers and students interested in participating in our first online Discussion entitled Health Crisis, indigenous people and immigrants: fighting inequality from within the University.
The purpose of this first online dialogue is to study and analyze the national situation of each institution in relation to the arising obstacles in online teaching with indigenous peoples and immigrants. Therefore the discussion will study the situation of intercultural relations between the university and students and their possibilities, at last a reflection on racism and inequality situations caused due to the Pandemic.
