Course Description
The Coach Development Program specialization course allows you to develop skills in the coaching methodology that are widely spreading in organizational and social contexts to increase performance, obtain results and optimize personal effectiveness.
Using proven methodologies, the program is grounded in Emotional Intelligence, Resonant Leadership, and systems theory and is designed to support your personal development as well as your skills as a coach. Through applied theory and intensive practice with feedback from our world-renowned faculty coaches, we support you to take your coaching to the next level.
This course takes place over two weekends and then two, 5-day intensives (coaching residencies) where participants take part in exercises, small group discussions, coaching practice with feedback and personal reflection; writing, mentoring intersessions and individual study complete the learning. In this course you will:
• Learn the coaching methodology, its specificity and difference compared
• to other helping professions
• Develop a deep understanding of self and awareness of how you are
• experienced by others while in a coaching role
• Learn fundamentals of human behavior and how adults grow and change
• Learn presence and skills that facilitate transformational change in clients
• Learn the coaching methodology in compliance with professional ethics
• Develop the required ICF core competencies to carry out the professional coaching activity
• Develop an international coaching network with your coaching peers and master coaches
• Earn 128 hours toward ICF certification
• Earn a University Specialization Diploma
