(Università Pontificia Salesiana, Roma) – On 2 February 2026, the course entitled ‘Salesian Educational Leadership’ at the Università Pontificia Salesiana began, a wonderful opportunity for formation, encounter, listening and discussion among Salesian leaders, united by the desire to grow as leaders and educators in the service of the educational mission. From the very first session, a space for authentic sharing opened up, in which different experiences intertwined, offering tools, visions and skills to accompany educational and pastoral realities in Salesian settings with greater awareness.
A journey that speaks of formation, responsibilities and the future, in the spirit of the Salesian charism. This is a qualified formation programme that includes specific in-depth sessions and a Summer School, with a particular focus on the Preventive System in the current European educational-pastoral context.
It is a valuable investment in the formation of individuals capable of animating and guiding Salesian educational communities with competence and Salesian spirit.
