(SED Institute, Massa) – In recent days Fr. Dr. George Thadathil, our general coordinator for IUS, visited the Scuola Superiore dell’educazione “San Giovanni Bosco” (SED Institute) in the city of Massa, Italy. Founded in 1998 and affiliated since 2019 with the Faculty of Educational Sciences (FSE) of the Pontifical Salesian University, the institute currently hosts over 300 students, offering undergraduate and graduate programs in Educational Sciences and Psychology.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity for discussions on the future of universities inspired by Salesian values.
Conversations focused on exploring ways to strengthen the role and educational mission of these institutions in Europe and beyond through collaboration and shared initiatives. SED Massa President Sgr. Andrea Blandi and Alessio Rocchi IUS European Coordinator played a key role during the visit.
