(IUS) – Salesian institutions worldwide have embraced the Advent and Christmas season with meaningful celebrations. Universidad Salesiana (Mexico) began the festive spirit with a joyful “Christmas Outfit Week.” Meanwhile, Jabok (Czech Republic) marked the start of Advent by lighting the first candle on the Advent wreath, fostering a sense of hope and reflection through blessings and singing. Similarly, Universidad Don Bosco (El Salvador) celebrated the Nativity of Jesus, emphasizing peace, unity, and the true essence of Christmas.
In the Philippines, Don Bosco Technical College – Cebu hosted its inaugural Christmas Lighting Ceremony, transforming its campus into a dazzling display of lights and music. The Universidad Politécnica Salesiana of Ecuador celebrated the Novena, highlighting the dignity of work and creativity, uniting students and staff in Salesian values.
