(Università Pontificia Salesiana, Roma) – On Monday, October 27, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., in the Papal Basilica of St. Peter, the Holy Father Leo XIV will preside over the solemn Eucharistic Celebration inaugurating the Academic Year of the institutions belonging to the Conference of Rectors of Pontifical Roman Universities and Institutions (CRUIPRO)
The event will also mark the official opening of the Jubilee Week of the Educational World, which will take place from October 27 to November 1, 2025, and will bring together students, professors, researchers, and representatives of the Catholic academic world from around the globe.

An online registration form form is also active for those wishing to take part in the various formative and celebratory events planned throughout the jubilee week.
Priests wishing to concelebrate the Opening Mass on October 27 and the Closing Mass on November 1 are invited to register through the dedicated website, following the instructions provided for the jubilee celebrations.
Through this solemn Eucharist, Pope Leo XIV entrusts the new academic year and the world of education to the intercession of St. Peter, renewing his invitation to live the Jubilee as a time of grace, spiritual renewal, and shared commitment to the integral formation of the human person.
