The accommodation cost is 300 euros, it includes a single room, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee break (except dinner and coffee break of Wednesday, January 26th).

Translations

During the meetings, you can find the following translations

  • English-Spanish.
  • Spanish-English.
  • Simultaneous translation into Portuguese and English in the conference with the Rector Major

 

During the sessions that require teamwork, translation services are not supported.

Arrival and Departure

For the arrival and departure from the airport to the Hotel Casa Tra Noi the participants have the following options:

1. Taxi: The cost from the Fiumicino airport to Hotel Casa Tra Noi is 50 – 65 Euros.

2. Train: At the airport you can take the interregional train: Fiumicino-Roma Trastevere to get to the hotel. It takes 45 mins to arrive and the cost is 9-12 euros. Tickets can be purchased at the machines or at the small stores located within the same airport at the place of arrival and departure of the trains.

3. Bus:  You can also take Bus 64 in the “Piazza del Cinquecento”, in front of Termini Station. This route ends at the “Piazzale Stazione San Pietro” and from there you have to walk. Whoever decides to do it like this, it is recommended to take into account that you must walk uphill and that it is better to do it with the help of a cellphone or gps.

Biosecurity Procees according  to COVID 19 

The following biosecurity process are those are valid at Italy. They could be changed in the next months:

 

1. Each participant must obey with the rules required by Italy for entry.

2. It is recommended that each participant, if possible, be vaccinated against Covid-19 with one of the vaccines authorized by the EU. In any case, it is ideal to have the vaccination certificate.

3. There will be an obligatory rapid test (antigen) for everyone at the beginning of the Assembly. This cost is included in the registration fee.

4. For those who need it, there will be an available PCR test before the return trip. This cost is not included in the registration fee.

5. Biosecurity Requirements during the Assembly: use of masks, frequent hand hygiene, social distance, and same locations in common places.

Weather

Rome has a Mediterranean climate with cool winters and generally hot summers
which means that any time of year is good for visiting the city.

During January the minimum temperatures are around 12 ° / 4 ° and at night it can get freezing.
It is recommended to bring a hat, a scarf and enough warm clothing
